1.   Interpreting and applying occupational laws and regulations, in particular concerning: civil and judicial law, construction and real estate law, environmental law, land use law, tax law, ... and advising about this subject in a qualitative manner.
1.1111   Names, describes and understands the basic principles of civil law, which find their application in the real estate practice: personal and family law; family property law; business law and contract law.

1.1121   Analyzes contracts from the real estate practice and tests those to the legislation (in particular the Civil Code).
